The room was tastefully decorated and amazing and with an incredibly beautiful view of both the mountains and the garden. Bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was just off the main train station and shopping street. Had lunch/dinner at Tsuki no Niwa, which I found relatively near the venue.

The rooms are spacious and incredible. The breakfast is great! The staff is amazingly attentive. Public parking is nearby. Free wifi is provided. The hotel has a particularly good location near restaurants and tourist attractions.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is right in the center of the city and within walking distance to the main train stations. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and a helpful taxi service always available. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were friendly and the 24-hour reception made it easy to get assistance whenever needed. The dining options were superb, and I enjoyed indulging in delicious meals at the restaurant. The highlight of my stay was the leisure garden area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's beautiful garden, which provided a calm atmosphere despite its central location in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, salad, Japanese food and bread. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive.

The furnishings of our room were exquisite and the staff was warm and accommodating. we had a gorgeous garden view and the surrounding area offered easy access to transportation and was very clean.

Loud neighbors upstairs also contributed to our discomfort.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. It had a great location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and public transport just a short walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a deep bathtub and efficient heating. I also appreciated the free internet access.

The room was small, which is typical for hotels in Japan, but it could be a problem for some travelers. while the hotel had a nice design, it was not super modern.
